5:45 AM Yoga, 16.9 oz of water.

7:15 AM 1.5 oz Zrii

8:30 AM Vanilla NutriiVeda, 10 oz of water.

11 AM Cottage Cheese, cherry tomatos, handful of cashews, 10 oz water.

1 PM 10 oz water, 2 handfuls of cashews, Turkey, provolone sandwich on pumpernickle rye, 1 plum.

4:15 PM Chocolate NutriiVeda, 10 oz water, 1 pear.

9:25 PM Turkey and cheese, whole wheat sandwich, 10 oz of water, 1.5 oz Zrii, handful of cashews, 5 concord grapes.
