5 AM Warm water and lemon.

5:45 AM Yoga and 16.9 oz of water.

7:15 AM 1.5 oz Zrii.

8 AM 3 egg omelet (as above), 10 oz water, 1 plum.

10:20 AM Vanilla NutriiVeda blended with 5 concord grapes, 20 oz of water.

12:10 PM Swam 50 laps.

1:15 PM 4 oz cottage cheese, 10 concord grapes, 20 oz of water.

4:15 PM Vanilla NutriiVeda

6:50 PM 1.5 oz Zrii, cashews (3 handfuls), pinto beans, black beans, chicken, guacamole, tomato and corn.
