9:25 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda blended with a banana, 10 oz of water.

12 PM 4 oz low fat cottage cheese, 1 pear, 20 oz of water.

2:30 PM Labrada meal replacement bar, 16.9 oz water.

5 PM BBQ Chicken breast, asparagus, squash, bismati rice with tumeric, salad, handful of mixed nuts, 20 oz of water.
