7:50 AM 3 egg omelet (as above), 10 oz of water, 1 nectarine.

10:20 AM Vanilla NutriiVeda, 20 oz water.

12:20 PM Dumbell press (chest) 30 lbs 15 reps, 40 lbs 12 reps, 50 lbs 10 reps.

Cable cross 40 lbs 15 reps, 60 lbs 12 reps, 80 lbs 10 reps.

Dips 15, 12 & 10

Swim 50 laps.

1:50 PM 4 oz low fat cottage cheese, 10 concord grapes, 20 oz water.

5:50 PM Vanilla NutriiVeda.
