Yesterday I decided to have 3 oz of Zrii in the morning vs. having 1.5 oz in the morning and 1.5 oz in the evening. I found it more difficult to fall asleep last night. I have had chronic insomnia, but since consuming Zrii, especially taking Zrii with my last meal, I typically fal asleep within 5 minutes.

5 AM Warm water and lemon.

5:45 AM Yoga, 16.9 oz of water.

7:15 AM 1.5 oz of Zrii.

8 AM 3 egg (omelet as above), 1 pear, 10 oz of water.

10:20 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda, 20 oz water.

1:20 PM 6″ whole wheat subway sandwich, turkey (double meat) provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles, peppercini, oil and vinegar, 5 oz water.

4:20 PM Turkey on whole wheat sandwich, 1 slice provolone, 1 plum, handful of mixed nuts, 10 oz of water, 1.5 oz Zrii.
