183 lbs and 11% body fat this morning after my shower! I have already reached and exceeded my goal for weight loss in pounds, but I still want to lose 2% more body fat. 7 days left. I will accomplish my goals!!!

5 AM Warm water and lemon.

5:45 AM Yoga, 16.9 oz of water.

7:15 AM 1.5 oz Zrii.

8 AM 3 egg omelet (as above), 1 plum, 10 oz of water.

10:20 AM Vanilla NutriiVeda, 20 oz of water.

12:10 pm Chin Ups 3 Sets of 10

Cable bicep curls with a straight bar 40 lbsX 15 reps, 70 lbsX12 reps, 90lbsX10 reps.

Bilateral cable bicep curl 40 lbs X 15 reps, 50 lbs X 12 reps, 60 lbs X 10 reps.

Shoulder lateral dumbell raise 10 lb X 15 reps, 15 lbs X 12 reps, 17.5 lbs X 10 reps.

Swam 50 laps.

1:55 PM 4 oz low fat knudson’s cottage cheese, 11 concord grapes, 20 oz of water.

4:45 PM Vanilla NutriiVeda (made with a bit less water than usual and blended with 1.5 oz of Zrii) Tastes amazing!!!
