8/31/2009 Day 46
5 AM woke up for yoga but back is still painful. I decided to not push it and let my body rest and recover today. I went back to sleep.
7 AM 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz of water, handful of blueberries, handful of sun dried cranberries and 3 egg omelet as above. I have been eating these cranberries for many days and liking them. I noticed today that they are sweetened with sugar. I will not consume them any longer. I thought they were just sun dried cranberries similar to raisons.
10:35 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda and 20 oz of water.
12:30 PM Not swimming laps today. Going to rest my low back today. I went to lunch with Robert Carter. We ate at The Flaming Kabob (Medeterranean food) I had the Shish Kufta (ground beef and a bit of lamb), salad (dressing is olive oil and lemon) and a cup of lentil soup. 10 oz of water and a fruitfull ice pop. Banana Flavor (110 calories)
4 PM 4 oz of cottage cheese and 1 pear
7:30 PM Rustler’s Roost Retaurant for Victoria Hodge’s birthday. O.K. I pigged out. 3 muffins with butter, salad, 1/4 corn on the cob, 4 beef BBQ ribs, apple pie ala mode and some cotton candy
