9/1/2009 Day 47
Woke up with low back pain. It is definitely a strain. I know this because it is worse with rest. I decided to avoid yoga today. I a m optimistic that I will be feeling well enough to go tomorrow.
2 PM Believe it or not this is the first that I have eaten today. I have definitely slipped, but I am aware of it and i will get back on course. Salad, with Chicken and croutons (oops) and balsamic dressing. 10 oz of water
5 PM 10 oz of water and vanilla NutriiVeda
8 PM 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz of water, 1 bowl of chicken, tomatos, onions & corn.
I am excited to get back to yoga tomorrow. My back is improving and I feel positive I will be able to participate tomorrow.
