6:15 AM Warm water and lemon.
7 AM Yoga class with Sumit as the instructor. Great class very intense but great instruction. 16.9 oz of water.
8:35 AM 1.5 oz of Zrii
9:15-9:40 AM jog outside with my son. Though I completed the run without stopping, he got home about 10 minutes before me. It reminds me of how easy it is to lose our youth. Here I am 66 days into my transformation and my 14 year old son, who doesn’t exercise that much is in such better shape than me. I am thankful for the transformation results thus far. Without that I wouldn’t have been able to jog the entire distance. As I continue, I know I will continue to improve and slowly be able to achieve a pace that is more in line with his.
11 AM Chompie’s Deli. Pickle Spears, cup of matzo ball soup, 20 oz of water, The Healthy Choice egg white omelet with turkey fat free pastrami, diced tomato, peppers, onion & light swiss. Low fat cottage cheese and fruit.
3:10 PM Chocolate NutriiVeda, 10 oz of water.
5:35 PM Taco, chicken, tortilla chips, re fried beans, avocado, salsa, cheese and 10 oz of water.
8 PM Handful of blueberries, 10 green grapes, 1.5 oz of Zrii, 5 oz of water, 4 oz low fat cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
