5 AM warm water and lemon. My back is not as tight and painful as yesterday and I feel yoga will help.
5:45 AM Yoga class. 16.9 oz of water. I did have some back pain that limited my motion but I made it through the class, participated in all of the postures and I feel the class was of great benefit to me.
7:15 AM 3 oz of Zrii
8 AM 10 oz of water, handful of bluberries, 3 egg omelet ( I had all 3 yolks today), onions and cheddar.
10:20 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda. 20 oz of water.
12:10 PM Swam 50 laps
1:30 PM 4 oz of cottage cheese, 1 banana & 20 oz of water
4:30 PM Chocolate NutriiVeda and 20 oz of water
8:15 PM Handful of cashews, 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz of water and a handful of peanuts
