5 AM warm water and lemon

5:45 AM Yoga, 16.9 oz of water.

7:15 AM 1.5 oz of Zrii.

8 AM 3 egg omelet (1 yolk 3 whites, 1 slice of provolone cheese & no onions), 10 oz of water, 10 green grapes.

10:30 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda blended with 1/2 of an organic banana, 20 oz of water.

12:20 PM Swam 50 laps

1:30 PM 4 oz low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 organic banana, 20 oz of water.

4:30 PM Vanilla NutriiVeda.

8:40 PM London broil, turkey sandwich on organic sprouted toast, 1 slice of provolone. 10 oz of water, 1 handful of mixed salted nuts. 1.5 oz of Zrii.
