5:15 AM 10 oz of water

5:45 AM Yoga. This was another great class. Feel great.

7:50 AM 3 oz of Zrii. I love to have my Zrii soon after yoga. I feel that it instantly replenishes my body.

8:15 AM 3 egg and cheddar cheese omelet (1 yolk), 10 concord grapes and 10 oz of water.

11:40 AM Zrii Chocolate meal replacement and 10 oz of water

5:50 PM 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz of water, salad (lettuce, cheddar, cherry tomatoes, chicken and balsamic light dressing) and a bowl of spicy chicken soup (chicken, tomatoes, beans, onions, potato and pablano peppers)

My mother in law complimented me at dinner tonight. She noticed the weight loss in my face and neck. The pictures clearly demonstrate that. The pictures also show the “back fat” melting away. The love handles are decreasing but I have much more that I want to lose. My goal is to be under 200 pounds by the Rising Star Academy (R.S.A.) That’s 9 days from now on the 20th of August. It has been a long time since I have not weighed over 200 pounds. 5 pounds more before RSA, I can do it. I would also like to lose at least 8% more body fat. That would get me into the single digit range.

8:08 PM Gym: Treadmill 20 minute run (199.6 calories, 5.5 MPH avg speed, 1.85 miles distance)

Dips 3 sets of 10

Tricep cable pull downs 70 lbs X 15 reps, 80 lbs X 12 reps and 90 lbs X 10 reps
