5 AM warm water and 1/2 lemon squuezed in a coffee cup, 5 oz of water
5:45 AM Yoga. This was my best day in yoga yet. I had another leap forward in stamina, focus, flexibility and balance.
7:25 AM 3 oz of Zrii
8 AM Chocolate Zrii, 10 oz of water
10:40 AM Chocolate Zrii blended with a bananna, 20 oz of water
12:15 PM 50 lap swim, 5 minutes steam room
1:30 PM 4 oz of low fat cottage cheese, 1 nectarine and 20 oz of water
4:45 PM 2 hardboiled eggs, 10 mini carrots and 20 oz of water
8 PM 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz of water, Filet Mignon, 4 New Potatoes and Asparagus
