8/15/2009 Day 30

5:45 AM Wake up

5:50 PM Warm water and 1/2 a lemon followed by 5 oz of plain water

6:45 AM Yoga. This was the best class yet. I am very impressed by my yoga improvements in the past 30 days. I feel as I am over the beginner’s hump, though I realize I have much greater progress to be made.

9:50 AM 3 oz of Zrii

10 AM 3 egg omelet (1 yolk), diced yellow onions, cheddar cheese. 10 concord grapes and 10 oz of water.

I have reached my RSA goal. I am under 200 lbs.

Weight 199.5 lbs

Body Fat 16 %

Waist 36 1/2 inches

In the past 30 days, I have lost 11.5 lbs, 8% body fat and 5.5 inches off of my waist!!!

The most incredible part of the transformation is that 7 of those 30 days were on the Zrii Alaska Incentive Cruise. As you read, I ate quite well on the vacation.

I dug up some records of the last time that attempted to lose weight. It was November 2, 2008 through January 9, 2009. (2 months and a week) I wanted to lose weight because we were going on the Zrii Hawaii incentive trip and i wanted to look better on the beach and at the pool. On November 2008 I was 218 lbs. (Heavier than I was when I started this transformation) I watched what I ate, exercised and though I stuck to it and was as disciplined as I was over the past 30 days, after 2 months and 1 week, I only lost 8 1/2 lbs and 2% body fat. What is the variable? The Zrii weight loss formula. I am so impressed by this product. I have not felt deprived. I didn’t have the strong cravings for Pizza, Pasta, Chocolate or icecream, like I would any other time that I would try to lose weight. I feel younger. I know that I am healthier. I have more energy. I am more at peace. I feel comfortable walking around a public pool with my shirt off.

My future goals are to continue with this lifestyle. I want to continue to lose body fat and inches. I would still like to get to 185 lbs and 9% body fat. The single digit body fat will give me more of a cut and lean look. At this pace, I feel confident this is an attainable goal within the next 60 days.

1:05 PM Zrii vanilla, 10 oz of water

5:30 PM 16 oz of water, 10 cherry tomatoes, 3 sugar snap peas, 1 chicken breast, 10 mini carrots

7:30 PM bag of popcorn and 5 oz of water

10 PM chicken breast 10 oz of water
