Chin ups 3 sets of 10

Dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10 25 lbs, 27.5 lbs and 30 lbs

Barbell curls 3 sets of 10 40, 50 and 60 lbs

50 laps in the hotel short pool then 5 minutes of dry sauna

8:30 AM 3 oz of Zrii, Zrii Chocolate NutriiVeda and 5 oz of water

12:20 PM Salad with turkey, grapes, melon, beans (garbanzo and kidney) 5 oz of water

8:10 PM 10 oz water, salad (lettuce, alfalfa, cucumbers, tomato, chicken, carrots, broccoli and pasta
