5:30AM wake up

5:40AM warm water and lemon

5:45AM stretch

5:50AM dumbell curls

15 lbs 10 reps, 20 lbs 10 reps, 20 lbs 10 reps and 25 lbs 10 reps

Seated dumbbell curls 15 lbs 10 reps, 20 lbs 10 reps and 25 lbs 10 reps

6AM jog on upper deck as we pull into Ketchikan, Alaska. It is a beautiful town. It looks like a realistic town I would build around my toy train tracks as a kid. The sun is out; the air is crisp and clean. What a perfect day to be jogging outside. It feels like the temperature is in the 60s

6:30AM 3 oz Zrii

6:40AM Zrii chocolate and 8 oz water

11:00AM grilled salmon, salad with lettuce, tomato, and onion. 1 scoop of basmati rice and 23 oz water

5PM Zrii chocolate, banana and 5 grapes

6:45PM Chicken and artichoke about the size of my fist in a pie crust, 1 cup gazpacho soup, chicken and wild rice, tomato, zuccini and squash

11PM 2 fistfulls of peanuts

1:45AM 3 oz Zrii
