5 AM warm water and lemon followed by room temperature water

5:45 AM Yoga class. 16.9 oz of water Yoga is such an amazing addiction.

7:15 AM 3 oz of Zrii. I love Zrii directly after Yoga. I feel like every cell in my body is begging for it.

8 AM 10 oz of water, 3 egg omelet (1 yolk) slice of provolone, no onions. 1 banana

10:25 AM Chocolate NutriiVeda with 1 banana mixed in a blender, followed by 20 oz of water

12:15 PM 50 laps at the pool at my gym, 5 minutes of steam room

1:30 PM 20 oz of water, 4 oz of cottage cheese and 1 nectarine

3:35 PM 4 oz cottage cheese, 10 concord grapes

6:30 PM 3 oz of Zrii, 10 oz water, fish, veggies and a handful of almonds

8:50 PM 20 minutes on the treadmill (209 calories, 5.6 MPH, 1.88 miles)

Lateral shoulder dumbbell raises 10lbsX15, 12.5lbsX12, 15lbsX10

Dumbbell shoulder press 37.5lbsX15, 40lbsX12 and 45lbsX10

Hammer Ab crunch machine 30lbsX20, 40lbsX15 and 50lbsX12

Great day today. I am proud of what I ate today as well as my physical activity.
