8AM we are at sea today. I have a cup of warm water and lemon. I swim 30 laps in the pool. The water is heated but it sure is cold when you get out of the pool and that Alaskan air hits you.

Dry sauna for 10 minutes. Bathing suit is almost dry by the time I get out. Just like my home in Arizona.

9AM Yoga class

10:38AM chhocolate Zrii meal replacement

Havng no scale is weird. Tomorrow normally would be my weigh in day as well as pictures. The cruise has definitely changed my meals as well as my exercise but I feel I have made great choices and as I look in the mirror, I can see positive changes since the cruise started. I am starting to see the top of my abdominal muscles just below my last ribs on the front of my body.

12:30PM 10 oz water, 1 cup melon soup, grilled chicken and salad with oil and vinegar. Apple walnut salad as well.

2:30PM 1 apple and 2 handfuls of peanuts

7PM 10 oz water, salad, raw beef tenderloin and a portion and a 1/2 of beef wellington (I finished Angie’s portion). I need to watch out for that behavior. Before I started this transformation, that was a regular bad habit of mine (finishing Angie’s and sometimes Chandler’s meals).

10PM 1 apple and 3 oz Zrii
