Working Out vs. Working In

Most know how important working out is. Yet many times we neglect “working in”. Working in, to me, is defined as working on your mental state.  I highly recommend everyone engage in yoga.  Yoga serves a dual purpose; it allows you to work out, by increasing flexibility, improving balance, strengthening the cardiovascular system, as well as building lean muscle.  Plus yoga creates a healthy meditative state, allowing you to “work in”.  AS you work out and in… be sure to nourish your body with proper nutrition. Zrii and NutriiVeda have allowed me to not only nourish my physical needs, I’ve also enjoyed tremendous results with mental clarity, improved sleep, and decreased stress.
