Stress is a killer.  It has a compounding and reverberating effect.  The consequences are harmfully far reaching.

Everything is out of whack and out of balance when you’re under stress.

I found that my job was a huge stress factor.

I used to bill insurance companies, I made good money and I was good at it yet my position wasn’t recession proof and it wasn’t fulfilling at all. I had insomnia thinking about my job because my desk was NEVER cleared off. And while I was at work I was exhausted.

I thought… what if I could paint my dream job? What would it look like?

I decided I wanted to work fewer hours and earn more.  I wanted to make a bigger difference in peoples lives.  I wanted to do something that was so rewarding that I smiled all the time and I made other people smile all the time too.  I wanted something that would retire me sooner – in 5 years by age 45.

I wanted my new career to take me around the world with my family… if, when and only if I wanted to travel – I didn’t want it to be a requirement, just a write off if I desired to go to a cool destination.

Most know how important working out is. Yet many times we neglect “working in”.
