So it is 2010, which sounds incredible to me. What happened to the 1980’s? Time truly is going quickly. We can use the speed of time to our advantage or disadvantage.

Most people have made a resolution in 2010 to lose weight, get healthier and make more money. You would
think that most people have these resolutions every year but now it is true more than ever.

If you track the largest population group this planet has ever seen, The Baby Boomers you will understand why. This group which was born between 1946 and 1964 have always driven the market place. Approximately 77 million baby boomers were born in the U.S. alone. To give you a clearer vision of what this means, 1 in 4 Americans are baby boomers. Which ever entrepreneurs realized this and catered to the boomers wants and needs had the biggest financial breakthroughs. When the first boomers were born, the businesses that went from small mom and pop operations to enormous were the baby companies. Pampers, Gerber’s, Mattel toys etc. I mention the first boomers because this a group that is separated by a time line of 18 years. When the first boomers became teenagers, there were more baby boomers being born so it still was an amazing time to be in the baby business but now it was also a great time to be in the teenager business. It was this era when fast food, rock music and everything else that teenagers wanted had a financial explosion. Lee Iacocca hit’s his first homerun here by creating a the most successful car campaign this country has ever seen. A car that the boomers demanded, the Ford Mustang. When these teenagers became adults it was still a great time to be in the baby and teenage business because there were boomers still occupying those spaces, but now it was also a great time to be in the real estate, mortgage and insurance businesses. Coincidentally, Mr. Iacocca hist home run # 2 here. By tracking the boomer’s desires, he puts the Chrysler corporation back on the map by introducing the minivan. This was the vehicle of choice to shuttle the 2.5 kids and the golden retriever to the little league
games.

Here is what the boomers look like now. In January 2006, the first boomers turned 60. In 2011, the oldest baby boomers will turn 65, the youngest are in their 40s. A baby boomer turns 50 every 18 seconds and 60 every 7 seconds.

So here is the phenomenon. For the first time in global history, All of the boomers want the same things at the same time. The 18 year gap doesn’t make a difference anymore. So now the industries that cater to the boomers needs and desires will have a bigger financial breakthrough than ever before in history. Paul Zane Pilzer, a very respected economist, published author and who has served on 2 presidential administrations says that the next trillion dollar industry is in health, wellness and prevention.

Think about all of the 40-60 year old people that you know. What do they want, need or desire? Boomers want to look younger, slow down the aging process, lose weight.

Now take all of these facts and look at the sad reality in the U.S. We have cheap, high calorie low nutrient dense foods. It is more expensive to buy a head of broccoli than it is to buy a cheeseburger off of the dollar menu. If we desire to spend money on healthier foods, it is difficult for most people because of the crisis of the economy. We predominately have sedentary jobs that have us sitting at a desk or in front of a computer and using more mental than physical energy. Our entertainment is changing from playing sports to playing video games. Today, 90% of the people by the time they are or would have been 65 years old, will be dead, dead broke or still working. In the time in a person’s life that they are supposed to be enjoying the golden years, they are miserable and looking for solutions.

So what is the answer? How does this relate to your new year’s resolution?

We all want to lose weight. We all want to get healthier. Most everyone in this economy wants and needs a financial breakthrough. It is a fact business owners earn substantially more than employees.

What if there was a way to own your own business that had all of the upside of a traditional business with none of the downside risk or liability. A business that you could start for as little as $50 that had no employees, no liability, no accounts receivable, no inventory and you wouldn’t need to purchase or lease a traditional brick and mortar location because this business is operated out of your home. You could work your business when you wanted. You would set your own schedule, you wouldn’t have a boss to answer to. You would never get laid off, fired or downsized. The sky is the limit on how much you could earn in fact you could give yourself a raise every week. From a tax perspective, you could write off many of the things you are spending money on already. Your monthly overhead would be based on your own personal consumption of healthy products that you need anyway to achieve and maintain optimal wellness for the rest of your life. And the best part is that you would be poised in a position to help the baby boomers and all of the other populations get the same thing.

This position is where you want to be over the next 2 decades if your resolution is the same as most….Lose weight, regain and retain your health and have a financial breakthrough.

Dr. J. J. Levine’s Amazing Transformation

Hello. My name is Dr. J. J. Levine. I own and operate a chiropractic wellness center in Tempe, Arizona. I am keeping this detailed diary to hopefully inspire people in the future. I am visualising people reading my story seeing the results that I am confident I will achieve and say to themselves, “If he could do it so can I.”

I feel that I am a typical 41-year-old man. At one time I was in good shape, but at some point in time my health became less of a priority. I have broken a promise to myself, a promise that I believe many of us make. That is to never let ourselves get fat or out of shape. My good friend, Zrii 10 star founding executive, Dr. Robert Gonzalez spent some time with me a couple of weekends ago. He and his family came to Arizona from San Diego to visit us. He saw the way I did my business and said though I have been successful I should be careful because I am out of balance. I feel like I have a “terminator” personality. If I focus on a project, I will see it through until the goal is reached. That being said, I have put a great deal of time into my business and my health has definitely deteriorated. Robert was concerned that if I kept going at that pace that I would face burn out.

We did have some fun on his visit. Our families drove down to Puerto Penasco “Rocky Point” Mexico and stayed on the beach. Honestly, I did do some Zrii presentations while we were down there. The Mexican Founders bonus is something very attractive to me and I always have Zrii on the brain.

We stayed at Bella Sirena. We have a condominium there. While there, I had to face something that has been hindering my social life and fun for some time. Wearing a bathing suit in public is not something that I have wanted to do in public for some time. Those there will tell you that though I swam, I had my shirt on most of the time.

7/16/2009: Transformation -1

Today was a day full of Zrii projects and a bit of fun. Angie and I went over to the Mancuso’s home at 10:00 AM to make 3 way calls. I hadn’t received the Zrii Meal replacement/weight management system yet so I was still living my life as I had been for some years. That is I skipped breakfast and hadn’t exercised for quite some time.

By about 11:00 AM I was getting hungry so I ate a nectarine at the Mancuso’s home and then Vicki made an omelet with eggs, red peppers and chicken.

1:30 P.M. I picked Chandler up at school. He is getting all of his high school P.E. credits taken care of over the summer before he officially starts 9Th grade.

We stopped by our home, go our bathing suits and we went back to the Mancuso’s. We hung out for about ½ an hour and the Fed Ex guy came to the door. My Zrii weight management system was delivered accidentally to the Mancuso’s home. With the amount we hang out there, you can understand the confusion.

I new I was going to start my transformation tomorrow so I thought I’ll continue eating as usual for the rest of the day. We ordered Italian food from Amore’s. I had ½ of a meatball Parmesan sandwich, ½ of a turkey sandwich and some chicken wings. (Now you can see how I got into this physical mess.)

Todd Schwartz and Scott Tracy came over. We did a bit of training and made some 3 way calls. Then it was time for Angie and I to go home, take a shower and get ready for the Thursday night Zrii presentation at Dave Mancuso’s office.

We had a full house at the event. It literally was standing room only. At the end of the presentation we got to spend some time with Dr.s Amy and Ton Czyz. They had just returned from a family trip to Greece. The doctors would have never been able to go on a trip like that a few years ago. I know as a chiropractor, to leave your practice for that long would create a tremendous amount of stress not to mention cost a fortune. Tom and Amy are retired from practice now. They engage in Zrii full time and therefore were able to go on an amazing vacation.

I have never crossed the Atlantic. There are many places that I have dreamed of visiting. Greece is definitely one of them. I am excited that Zrii will make those dream vacations become a reality.

We all then went to Dave’s mom’s home for a birthday party. Dave’s mom had made a homemade Italian meal. Sausage and peppers, Lasagna, salad, bread. The food was amazing. Oh remember it was a birthday so there was chocolate cake. I ate my share and enjoyed every bite.

We then went home, I drank some Zrii and went to sleep (as I often do) on a full stomach.

7/17/2009 The first day of the transformation

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” – Confucius

6:45 AM The alarm goes off. This is one of my Whys. I feel it is unhealthy to wake up to an alarm clock. I am working for financial as well as time freedom.

I asked my son, Chandler if he would like to jog with me this morning. I was feeling pretty bloated and tired.

I weigh 214.5 lbs and I am 21% body fat today. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and get to single digit body fat (9%)

7:07 AM we start walking up our street. We have trails behind our neighborhood that go through the McDowell Mountain range. At 7:15 AM we were jogging through the trails. Chandler is in great shape. Especially since he has been taking PE for summer school. The kid is built like a model out of an Abercrombie and Fitch catalog. He is ripped. He has a natural build that I would have to work very hard to achieve. As a child I was never built like that. I was always a pretty big kid. My father used to call me “moose” growing up.

As we jogged, I immediately felt tightness in my quadriceps. My chest started pumping pretty hard. Within a few minutes (about 10) my mid back started hurting and I told my son I needed to stop. We walked home.

According to Chandler’s I pod with the Nike ship in his shoe, we walked/ran a total distance of 1.16 miles and burned 117 calories.

When we got home I drank a ½ of glass of water.

8:05 AM I am all showered and shaved and I am consuming 3 oz of Zrii. I make myself a 3-egg omelet. (3 whites and 1 yolk) I give the other 2 yolks to my Jack Russell Terriers. I have a little bit of shredded cheddar on the omelet with two pieces of low carbohydrate wheat toast. I have 12oz water with breakfast.

8:30 AM I drive to my wellness center and I have my father, Dr. Warren Levine adjust my spine. He is a chiropractor as well as a Zrii distributor.

10:49 AM I am drinking a Zrii chocolate meal replacement shake. I made it with chilled water. The product tasted delicious.

12:10 PM I am at the gym. I swim 10 laps in the pool (25 meter pool) and then I go in the steam room. My back feels OK with the swimming. So far I haven’t been proud of my physical ability today but the goal is to make progress without injuring myself.

At 41, I want to regain flexibility, strength, increase my cardiovascular endurance and yes I want to look good in a bathing suit again.

1:05 PM Back at my chiropractic office. Drinking 25 oz of water and eating 3 hard boiled egg whites. In addition I ate 25 mini carrots.

4:45 PM handful of almonds, nectarine and 25 oz of water

7:23 PM home from office. Ate 1 bowl of stew. (top round beef, 1 cooked tomato, 1 cooked golf ball and a 1/2 size potato, 5 cooked mini carrots), 10 0z of water.

Chandler and I went to go see the new Harry Potter movie. The movie started at 8:45 PM. This was a bit of a challenge for me. Chandler got Milk Duds. He offered some to me and I said no thank you. The movie was good but I did fall asleep for about 5 minutes. The new dietary and physical challenges definitely tired me out.

7/18/2009 Day 2

7:15 AM woke up to my Jack Russel Terrier barking. He name is Jackie. She’s a year old and she is the younger of two Jack Russell Terriers that we have.

I feel cleaner. I don’t feel bloated like I have for years upon waking. My shoulders are sore from swimming yesterday but my back feels great. It’s great to have Chiropractic in my life.

I drink 2 oz of water

7:45 Chandler and head outside. We are starting later than we did yesterday and it is already 89 degrees out. We walked .20 miles up our street for 4 minutes and 16 seconds and burned 20 calories.

7:50 we start our run. Though it is hotter outside today, the run feels slightly easier. We ran .99 miles today (almost a mile) The run burned 99 calories and we were running for 11 minutes 54 seconds.

8:03 we are walking home. There are 2 joggers in front of us and one of them gets startled. There is a rattlesnake to his right. When you live in Arizona, you are going to see desert creatures. The walk home burned another 17 calories. I consumed 8 oz of water.

9 AM I consume 3 oz of Zrii

9:15 Breakfast like yesterday 3 egg omelet (1 yolk 3 whites) with cheddar and 2 slices of low carbohydrate toast. 8oz of water

12 Noon Just had the Zrii Vanilla Meal Replacement as my second meal. I mixed 3 tablespoons with 8 oz of chilled water. It tastes great. The jury is still out on what I prefer more, the chocolate or the vanilla. I am off to drink 8 oz of water now.

Going to drink 8 oz of water

2:10 PM Ate 4 slices of Turkey breast on one wheat flat bread with a handful of almonds and 8 oz of water

3:55 PM 2 hard boiled eggs (whites only), handful of almonds, 2 strawberries, handful of blueberries, banana, 8 oz of water

4:15 We meet up with may of our Zrii friends at San Felipe Cantina at Desert Ridge Mall. There were about 40 of us there having fun and socializing. Many were eating chips, salsa, cheese crisps. It was very tempting. We were outside on the patio for the entire get together and by 6:45 I was starting to feel a bit weak. I knew I needed to eat.

7 PM salad, with grilled chicken, avocado, pomegranate, Mandarin oranges and Italian dressing. 20 oz of water.

9:25 PM 3oz of Zrii mixed with 8 oz of water and chocolate Zrii meal replacement. 20 oz of water.

10:30 went to sleep.

11:33 AM Vanilla Zrii smoothie blended with 8 oz chilled water and a banana. Tasted great. 10 oz of water

I am feeling really great. A great deal of energy. I am feeling lighter and internally cleaner.

Angie and I just created an open microphone night sign up sheet. Every Sunday at 1:00 P.M. we are asking our team to stand up and do a portion of the Zrii presentation.

12:40 PM Angie and I are off to McDowell Mountain Chiropractic for a Zrii presentation

2:30 PM Just returned from a great Zrii presentation. Dr. Dave Mancuso did the introduction including information about Bill Farley, our product and the Chopra Center for Well being endorsement. Damion Lupo did an incredible job on the prosperity plan and Nicole Wescott did an amazing job on the special timing that the Zrii opportunity has. We had 40+ people in attendance. Not bad for a little Sunday presentation.

2:40 PM Turkey breast sandwich on 1 slice of wheat flat bread and 1 slice of white American cheese. I had a nectarine for dessert and 10 oz f water.

4:35 PM 1 slice beef tenderloin, wild rice, handful of almonds, 1 orange and 10 oz of water

7:27 PM Angie, Chandler and I went to see Angels and Demons at Farelli’s Cinema Supper club

I ate 1 cup of top sirloin chili, 20 oz of water, salad with balsamic and olive oil, dried cranberries, jicama, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes and a bowl of popcorn.

10:51 PM 3oz of Zrii

5:10 AM I woke up about 5 minutes before the alarm this morning. I have mixed feelings if I am happy about that since it so early.

5:45 AM 2nd day in yoga class. I was a little lightheaded in class today. Still trying to get acclimated to the heat in Sumits yoga studio. Have you ever had one of those love hate relationships? I can’t say that I love being in the yoga class yet, but I can say that when I am done with the class, I feel great all day. I feel like I have accomplished something. I do like taking yoga in the morning and then I have the rest of the day.

7:45 AM 3 oz of Zrii

8:15 AM grilled chicken, peas, 5 almonds and 10 oz of water

5:10 AM woke up feeling well

5:45 AM I did better in yoga class today. I found myself starting to enjoy the process a bit. I had more energy and was able to hang in there better. I drank 16.9 oz of water throughout the class.

7:15 AM Home drinking 3 oz of Zrii

8:15 AM Heaping tablespoon low fat cottage cheese, 10 green grapes, 12 almonds and 10 oz of water

10:40 AM Chocolate Zrii Meal Replacement shake and 25 oz of water

12:10 PM swam 16 laps today then 10 minutes in the steam room

1:05 PM 2 hard boiled eggs (no yolks), 15 mini carrots, 1 banana and 25 oz of water

3:30 PM low fat cottage cheese (Knudsen’s 4 oz pack) 20 concord grapes

I did a Zrii prosperity presentation tonight with Dr. Doug Hassenpflug, a local eye Dr. We had a great time but the time got away from me. I would prefer to eat every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism spinning. It’s 6 hours since my last meal but I am hungry and I walked into my home and smelled my wife, Angie’s amazing chili.

9:30 P.M. 2 bowls of Chili (shouldn’t have had 2 bowls it was a lot of food, but it sure tasted great), salad and 10 oz of water. 3oz of Zrii

Go to the gym to increase cardio and engage in light weight training

Increase my vegetable intake. One of my teammates, Tammy Tolene, a Naturopathic student said she has been reading my progress and pointed out that I am not eating enough veggies. Thanks for the great advice Tammy.
