WHAT TO LOOK FOR:
. It’s important to study your compensation plan inside and out
. Look for a simple plan that allows you to earn without a ceiling or caps, without level restrictions or flushing
. Look for a plan where you can stack people inside 2 teams, this is easier than building additional teams, and it creates “fear of loss”, in other words, as you build & stack executives inside two teams, everyone is compelled to stay because they see the depth of people being placed below them
WHAT TO AVOID:
. Avoid compensation plans that are complicated, this can be an indicator of “smoke and mirrors”, systems put into place that benefit the company more than you
. Avoid compensations plans that have caps & limitations hindering you from earning all the income you desire
. Avoid companies that “flush” volume. If a company flushes volume weekly, monthly or annually… ask why? All the volume created under you should be yours for life and should never be flushed or removed from your organization
. Avoid single line systems. Many times they say, “get in for free”. Company’s that start as a single line (team) typically change into a uni level later on, as this happens you’ll be cut out of volume below you and you’ll only be paid to a certain level, provided you meet multiple criteria
