  • What did you like best about what you saw?
  • Do you have another income besides your job?
  • How does your future look there (at your job or your business)?
  • How much money would you like to make if you were to do this?
  • How much time would you be willing to invest?
  • Could you be doing this business with my help?
  • What budget do you have to start a new business?
  • Have you heard enough to make a decision?

If you are telling you are selling & no one likes to be “sold”.  We encourage you  to listen, because everyone loves to buy. We all enjoy buying what we want, what we need, & what we desire. Discover what your guest desires most in life by asking questions.

No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care. If you like helping others and supplying people with more time to spend with those they love, and more time to do what they love most, then you’ll be a excellent recruiter & talent scout. It’s more about your guest (their F.O.R.M.Family, Occupation, Recreation/Retirement, Money needs) & less about the Zrii details.  So practice asking everyone you meet “F.O.R.M. questions”…. asking questions is the best way to discover what your guest needs and wants in life.

As you discover your guest’s needs and wants you can then paint a vivid picture for your guest and really describe what their life can be like one year from today.  Share how working together in Zrii will be both exciting & rewarding. With their contacts & your expertise Zrii is positively a platform for abundance in every way imaginable & it will provide them with what they desire & need most.  After painting a custom-picture for your guest:

Share this, “With our easy system you will be great at this & we need you.  It takes 8 pieces of information & you can become part of a tremendous team and mission. After you fill in the 8 pieces of information, I will share something very special with you that will allow you to begin earning income right away.”

FYI: THE RED BOOK is the “something special” that allows them to earn income right away.

Quiet please… speaking after the close is for amateurs… Team ALL STAR members know better. Allow the guest to complete the form and do not engage in dialogue.

Also, we always use THE RED BOOK as a writing surface for our guest to complete their Get Started Tear-Off Form (the enrollment form with photos of pack contents at www.prosperitytools.com) or The Get Started Form (the printable enrollment form found on our site under the Prosperity Tab).

Once the Get Started Form is completed:

1.  Smile with warmth & confidence while reviewing all information is complete & accurate
2.  Congratulate your new team member & let them know they made the right choice
3.  Introduce them to a senior partner & leader as the newest Team ALL STAR member!
4.  Before exiting say, Here’s the ’something special’ that will allow you to earn income right away”. Provide them with their own RED BOOK & immediately walk them through the first few steps before they leave the meeting Sign & date the inside of the book for them & schedule it forward. This 10 minute step is the #1 way to start your new team member correctly.  They’ve invested in you and your Zrii team, spend a few dollars and invest in a RED BOOK for each of your new personally enrolled IEs (Independent Executives) team members and show them the 1st few steps.

SCHEDULE IT FORWARD: Before you exit it’s important to schedule your next meeting.  We recommend this meeting occur within 48 hours (no later). Place the date & time in both of your calendars. It is at this meeting where the magic happens! You will help your new teammate outreach to & enroll their first 2 team members, qualifying them for Team Commissions.

DURING THE MAGICAL 2nd MEETING: Ask your teammate to have their phone and THE RED BOOK you gave them by their side at this second meeting.  At this second meeting you will both have fun through action steps!  You’ll assist your new IE with completing their “WHY” and their “LIST” right inside the pages of THE RED BOOK, their work booklet.  Part II of THE RED BOOK has all the pique interest statements we use, it shows us how to create urgency in every invite, and it teaches everyone how to be powerful and effective at inviting all by themselves! Have your new team member highlight their favorite phrases! …. inviting is 80% of our business and it’s our primary objective as Team ALL STAR members.  You and Part II of THE RED BOOK will teach your new team member how to make exciting personalized inviting calls ( to the Live 15 minute conference calls, to this site, to an in-home event, to a quick coffee at Starbucks, etc.) Let them go to it!  Invite and ignite!  Have your list with you and you do the same… lead by example! Take massive action during this 2nd meeting and watch the magic happen!   

THE RED PARTY & PRIVATE BUSINESS RECEPTION: It’s best to book the date for your new team member’s in-home event (Red Party & Private Business Reception) during your 2nd meeting.  At their in-home event they’ll play music, give away free samples, and play the ALL STAR 28 minute DVD (or you can present live or by speaker phone for them).  At The Red Party & Private Business Reception, remember to share with everyone WHY you chose this business & what desires you are fulfilling thanks to the timing of this company.  Ten play the DVD.  Perhaps this is the big event you are both inviting to as you make those calls!

Go through the Training Tabs on this site & help your teammate print and/or order their tools; Team ALL STAR Prosperity DVDs, Red Books, Enrollment Forms, Printed Power Points, Mini Zrii Labels, etc.)  Show them how to view their Zrii Back Office Emails (important invites from The Mancusos & Levines & other senior partners are only found in the Zrii Back Office Email or Zriimail).  Now they’re off & running strong!  Before you leave the 2nd meeting schedule it forward again.  When and where will you meet for your 3rd meeting?  Is it at the in-home event?  Or is it to make more inviting calls? Or is it to attend a larger event at www.zriicalendar.com?

As you help your new teammate enroll their first 2 team members, they will do the same for those they enroll. Congratulations, duplication is occurring in your team & success is inevitable.

Team ALL STAR Tip: Increase your closing ratio by using A CLOSING CALL

The best way to increase your closing ratio is to ask a senior partner to provide a Closing Call for you, immediately after every in-home, every one-on-one event, and every 15 minute live conference call concludes. Schedule this in advance.  For example: During the in-home, right after the 28 minute DVD ends and everyone is done clapping say, I’m excited for you all to meet a top Zrii Leader, your and my Senior Partner”.  Dial the Senior Partner, hit speaker phone, edify your Senior Partner by talking about their business success, then step back.  Your Senior Partner will answer everyone’s  questions professionally & they will close everyone for you.  The Closing Call shows every guest how serious you are about your Zrii Business.  It’s shows they are not alone & they have a support system.  It also shows your guest they don’t have to be a sales person… they just have to know how to dial the phone.  Help is always at the other end of the receiver. Using a closing call after each one-on-one meeting, live event, or live 15 minute conference call is the most professional and effective way to operate your Zrii business. After hearing several of these closing calls YOU will be an expert at closing for your team members.
