Important note:
As you send a guest to an out-of-state business overview, where you cannot be present, it’s highly recommended you follow this protocol:
- Call or email the contact person or host in charge of the business overview
- Introduce yourself and exchange phone numbers
- Ask about the format and duration of their meeting. Ideally you are looking for a short 30-45 minute event covering 5 key factors: Leadership, Timing, Product, Endorsement, Pay
- Share YOUR guest’s name & describe the guest you’re sending to THEIR meeting
- Thank them in advance for providing the meeting. As an equal courtesy you may want to offer YOUR business overview for any guests the out-of-area host may have in your town.
- If appropriate ask the host if they’re open to providing a Zrii mini-sample. Share that you will place a sample in the mail to them, right away, to replace their supply.
- Call your guest IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BUSINESS OVERVIEW and have a senior partner within YOUR team on the phone with you. It is not the host’s responsibility to answer your guest’s questions or close your guest (they will be busy with their team). The questions & closing should always be provided by you & your Zrii senior partner.
