Tip #1

Print a few Zrii Prosperity Plan Power Points on paper and always have a stack on hand. Add your contact information (name, cell #, etc.) via a label or an extra printed sheet. Be sure they look neat & professional as this is a 1st impression of a soon-to-be billion dollar brand.

Take a copy with you each time you present the Zrii business to someone. We suggest writing a few notes and examples of income in red felt pen in the margins of a few pages. Then pass the printed copy to your guest for them to keep. They love it and it has a personal touch if you follow Tip #2

Tip #2

Be genuine and ask questions to learn about what is important to your guest. Then mold your presentation to your guest’s needs.

Consider writing personalized examples on your guest’s Zrii Prosperity Plan copy, and share how Zrii can truly answer their needs.

Because you’ve asked them, you’ll know what your guest really wants. You can say, “Zrii can provide you with what you really want. Zrii can allow you to… ”

  • Retire before your kids enter grade school
  • Fund your dream house
  • Spend more time with kids/grandkids (many write children’s names on the page)
  • Pay for college/private school (write the name of college/school & student)
  • Retire sooner (write # of years they currently have to work until retiring)
  • Travel (write guest’s ultimate travel spot & share how Zrii airfare can be write off)
  • Provide for an aging parent
  • Eliminate student loans
  • Pay down mortgage(s)
  • Help others, make a positive difference, become more philanthropic
  • Meet new friends and socialize with positive, like-minded, successful, fun people

Team ALL STAR Executives often write extra income examples on the guest’s copy, to demonstrate how well Zrii pays in comparison to their guest’s current business or job.

Always use and write the word “example”, as you share income, otherwise you could inadvertently make an income claim, and Team ALL STAR Executives never make income claims.

  • While presenting ask, “What’s your future look like at your current business or job?
    At Zrii retirement can come much sooner. Share an example of someone you know who has replaced their income with Zrii – call them if possible and ask them to share a 2 minute testimonial with your guest – this paints a picture for your guest and while we know it’s very real… it’s important it becomes reality to your guest.
  • While presenting, ask your guest to name 2 successful people they know.
    Use and write the two names when demonstrating the Rising Star Pool. “For example, as your two friends, Dave and Lisa, join Zrii at the premium level you would receive 12 shares. Last month you would have received a $960 profit sharing paycheck (example of Nov ’09 RSP payout). Use Dave’s name and Lisa’s name again as you share Team Commissions.
  • While presenting ask, “Do you have any other residual income source, such as real estate, stocks, or other leveraged investments?”
    Demonstrate in red felt pen the difference between the return on their stocks or real estate and the return on Team Commissions in Zrii. Team Commission payouts are predictable. 1 Stars receive a minimum of $100/month. 10 stars receive a minimum of $30k/month. (See Prosperity – Team Commissions).

Tip #3

If you are not earning substantial income in Zrii yet don’t be concerned if your guest asks about your income. Team ALL STAR Executives always stay in integrity and we don’t make false income claims.

Here are the best things a new executive can say if asked about income:

“I’m on track to earn $____ by (date). I am impressed by (Name a top executive. Edify them by taking about their successes and business qualities. Then share what they did before Zrii & their true income story)”. Or….

Testimonials & Edification are a key to a successful presentation:
Call a top executive ahead of time and ask them to be prepared to personally share their 2 minute story, with your guest over the phone. Your guest will be excited to hear from them as you edify the top executive (share their professional successes and positive qualities). Your guest will feel more connected to the Zrii family and they’ll gather a sense of the support they will receive too, after they’ve talked with someone in addition to you. And guess what!? The top executive will edify YOU and your business choice. Your guest will be even more impressed.

“I’ve just started, yet my first goal with Zrii is have 4 team members by ____ and this will provide about $24. per month forever, and that’s just the beginning. Once they do the same I will be earning $120. every month. Team ALL STAR, 4 of the most successful people known in this industry (did you catch the edification?), shared it with a few dozen and their team grew to over 4,000 people in less than a year. I’m working toward that financial breakthrough”.

“Thanks to this record breaking company and the ground floor timing I will be retired by _____. My goal is to replace my current income by ___. Many have already done this. I thought of you immediately. Let’s do this together and retire sooner together. What do you say? Great. I want you to meet my friend and mentor ____, they are always here for us and their knowledge of this industry is vast (edification creates a different way of listening for your guest). They want to welcome you to the team”.

Close like a pro:

Dial an upper executive and allow them to answer your guest’s questions professionally. Allow them to handle any objections smoothly. You receive all the commissions. Congratulations!

Pros allow other pros to professionally close. Guess what? As you listen to a few of these closing calls… you’ll become a pro at closing for your teammates.
