DRIVING a conversation in person, on the phone and/or in a social media chat allows you to be in control. To DRIVE a conversation, simply ask questions that naturally lead a person along a path where they provide you with answers and needs to questions you have a solution for. Ask F.O.R.M. questions. F.O.R.M. stands for Family – Occupation – Recreation/Retirement – Money. Ask questions about how much time they get to spend with their Family. Ask questions about how they like their Occupation. Ask what they like to do for fun and Recreation. Ask what their Retirement time-line looks like. Ask if they are making more or less Money due to the recession. You can even ask about health issues within their family. Discover how they are doing in this economy by asking, “How’s the economy treating you?” Ask “Do you find that your job allows you all of the time you would like to spend with your family or travel?” As they start complaining and sharing their needs, speak from a place of compassion and confidence. Be sincere. Let them know you have a solution for them. Immediately conference them onto the ZRII HOTLINE and have them listen, along with you, to the 2 minute recorded information pique interest message. It’s moving and compelling. “I have a solution for you that you won’t want to miss out on, it’s time sensitive, do you have 2 minutes to talk about business right now?”

After the 2 minute ZRII HOTLINE intro-message concludes, their heart will be beating faster and they will sense the excitement and urgency surrounding our record-breaking company. (If they are unable to listen to the ZRII HOTLINE, right then and there gather their phone # and schedule a specific time to call them and 3 way them onto the call to listen to the 2 minute intro-message at the scheduled time.) After they’ve heard the 2 minute ZRII HOTLINE intro-message say, “Wasn’t that awesome (or remarkable, exceptional, fantastic, etc.) So, naturally it makes sense to get the rest of the information. When will you have 20 plus minutes to watch 3 quick videos on line because they are time sensitive. Can you watch them today or tomorrow? Great, Before noon or after 2pm? Good. 4pm or 7pm? Step 2 of the 1-2-3-way system is to share a 2nd exposure. A tool that will provide ALL of the company information. Step 2 upgrades your guests’ belief in the Zrii business. “Great, the 1st video on theallstarlife.com is ONLY 55 seconds. The 2nd video is 5 minutes. OPRAH is on it and you know when Oprah puts her name behind something it turns into gold. The 3rd and most important video is 20 plus minutes. It’s the nuts and bolts of this project (or it shares the job description and the income this company is providing) and it will answer 99% of your questions.”
(Confidentially speaking, just between us: The 1st video is emotional for a reason – it allows your guests to enter a proper state of receiving before they view the next 2 videos). In addition 3 fast unique videos equal 3 unique exposures, and some people need more than 1 exposure.
Whatever specific time your guest commits to watching the 3 fast videos, share that you’re scheduling it in your calendar and that you are committed to calling them immediately after they’re finished watching to answer any questions. Make sure your guest schedules the viewing time and your phone call in their calendar as well. This follow up “post-video” call is vital to your success and your guest’s success.
DO NOT answer any questions or go into presentation mode. Don’t spill all the beans! Instead say, “I’m committed to calling you at our scheduled time, right after you see what’s going on. The videos will answer 99% of your questions and in a completely natural way, much better than I can. I gotta get going.” Now’s your time to get off the phone – HANG UP.
Step 3 of the 1-2-3-way System: YOUR SENIOR PARTNER
Step 3 of the 1-2-3-way system is all about the 3-way call, the most important part of the 1-2-3-way System, the ultimate destination. It’s vital to add the elements of credibility, support, edification & simplicity when sharing with your guest(s). The 3-way call is the only way to acomplish all of those things easily. The 3-way call will showcases the tremendous support The ALL STAR Life leaders provide you and in turn will provide to them, in their Zrii business. It shows no one has to know all about Zrii… we just have to know how to dial someone who knows. Even 10 stars use 3-way closing calls.
Now it’s time to schedule Step 3: the 3-way call. CALL or TEXT your senior partner immediately. Ask your senior partner if they can be available to join you on a 3-way call (the 3-way call includes you, your senior partner and your guest), right after your guest finishes viewing the videos. Share the scheduled time with your senior partner. The 3-way call is a vital key in the success of your business. The more 3-way calls you schedule, the faster you’ll grow to a 4 star (earning $1,000.00 a month in residual income) and beyond.
How to carry-out a professional 3-way conference call (including you, your senior partner & your guest):
First call your senior partner and bring them onto the line: Call your senior partner first. Then click-over/flash and call your guest next.
Second ask permission: As your guest answers say, “Hi ________. I know you’ve watched the 3 videos and I need to ask a favor of you. I was speaking with one of my mentors in the business (or business partners), they are incredibly successful and you would be doing me a favor if you allowed me to let them answer your questions. I would love to get a little training right now by listening to their responses to your questions. OK?”
Then 3-way: click-over/flash back to your senior partner. Now the 3 of you are on the line together.
Edify your senior partner properly: Introduce your senior partner powerfully by saying, “___________, this is my business partner ______________. They are remarkably successful with Zrii, they’re helping many people, they are always there to support us and they are having a whole lot of fun with this simple business. I am confident they can answer all of your questions.”
Introduce your guest properly: It’s important to state your guest’s WHY (the F.O.R.M. need(s) you discovered earlier as you were DRIVING the conversation and offering them a solution. “___________ this is ___________. I have known _________ for ________# of years. They work in the ________ industry and they shared with me that they need help with _________ (more time with family, more income, a less-stressful job, to retire earlier, etc.) I know you can help them as well as answer all of their questions.”
That’s it. Just allow your senior partner to do ALL OF THE TALKING. This is your on the job training. We recommend hitting your mute button and taking notes. Eventually you will hear us do so many 3 way calls for you and you’ll hear us naturally sign so many people onto your team for you…that you will pay it forward by becoming the senior partner expert for your teammates and you will train others to do the same.
