After the ZRII HOTLINE call is over, immediately say, “Wow! That was amazing!” (Remember a voice with excitement & urgency is crucial).
“What did you like best about what you just heard?” (Whatever their positive response is agree and share that you also loved that part of the company)
“Because that was your favorite part, naturally you want more information. There is a… ” Offer them #1 or #2 below:
1. Live private business reception this (date, location and time)
” I recommend clearing your schedule and meeting me at a special private business reception. Place this event in your calendar now. I’m doing the same thing. I will pick you up or I will arrive early and meet you there, which do you prefer? Great. I recommend bringing your spouse, most guests do. I will have some free samples for you and reserved seating for you and your spouse. Thanks and I’ll see you then.” It is more effective if you offer to drive them there). Only offer one date. It’s also best to immediately hang up the phone, otherwise you run the risk of being subjected to answering questions (and that’s not your job).
2. Three fast videos on www.theallstarlife.com
“Because this is time sensitive you’ll want to watch the 3 fast videos at www.TheAllStarLife.com. The 1st video is 55 seconds. The second video is 5 minutes and has Oprah Winfery on it – you know everything she touches turns to gold. The 3rd video is the job description. Can you watch them today or tomorrow? Great. Before noon or afternoon? Great. 3pm or 7 pm? Excellent. I’m placing that in my calendar now will you do the same? Perfect. I will call you immediately after and get your questions answered”
Whichever of these you offer; be sure to get the commitment they will attend.
Always have a senior business partner pre-arranged, immediately afterward (either on the phone or in person). Your business partner will answer questions, handle any objections, and invite your guest onto your team. This is the duplicable system. If you (and not your senior business partner) are answering questions your guest will think THEY must know it ALL. That’s daunting! If you are trying to handle objections it may appear as though you are selling. Having your senior partner handle all Q & A and any objections allows for a higher degree of professionalism and it insures all will be done smoothly. Senior partners know how to ask for the guest’s commitment and everyone will feel well taken care of and supported. Your senior partners work for you!
